Live Shipping Policy

Live orders ship Monday–Tuesday (and Wednesday for BC and Alberta) to avoid weekend delays in transit.

To protect live arrivals, shipments are paused when temperatures along the route are forecast below –1°C. If conditions are too cold, your order will be held at no extra charge and shipped as soon as it's safe. You'll be notified promptly of any delay—live orders are only sent when conditions allow safe travel.

Insulated Shipping Boxes are available when temperatures fall below 0°C and must be purchased separately. Due to the increased box size, additional shipping charges may apply.
