It’s not uncommon for some live products to enter a state of stasis during shipping, especially in lower temperatures. With proper acclimation and time to adjust to your tank conditions, these products often regain their vitality and can be successfully utilized in your aquarium.

While we take great care in packaging, a small percentage of live organisms may not survive transit. We appreciate your understanding of this natural occurrence in live shipping.

Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are offered only in the case of lost packages during shipping. In such cases, please allow time for refunds to be processed through our shipping insurance before they are finalized. Any approved refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
