Shipping Policy

At Reef Solutions, we’re dedicated to ensuring the safe delivery of our products. Our live foods and dosing products are formulated to withstand temperature variations during shipping. As such, we do not offer climate-controlled packaging as a standard option unless extreme weather conditions arise (below freezing or during peak summer).

To keep your live products in top shape, we highly recommend selecting Express Shipping for the best results. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the condition of live products if standard shipping is chosen.

If shipping large products (1 gallon dosing products) you may trigger Overweight Shipping based on the total weight of the shipment.  Overweight shipping is triggered when shipments exceed 5 kg (11 lbs).

Orders may be held until the following week to prevent shipments from being held over the weekend in transit. All shipments include a tracking number, except for our Sea Snacks (30 g), which are shipped via regular letter post.

We reserve the right to withhold or delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to protect the integrity of our products.

If you are receiving an Error - That we do not ship to your location, it is because your cart is too heavy and will need to get an accurate shipping charge. Please contact us with your cart info, address and we can get a quote for you for e-transfer.
